§ 1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and cf999 ("cf999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cf999 online casino platform available at cf999.casino ("Platform"). § 3 Account Security and Responsibility

§ 4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on cf999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cf999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported Pakistan payment methods. Third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside cf999's control.

Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit on cf999 is 500 PKR unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: cf999 processes withdrawal requests to the same PKR payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification completion. Standard withdrawal processing time is one to five business days depending on the payment method and any verification requirements outstanding on the account. • Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your cf999 account.

• Any PKR balance accrued through fraudulent, collusive, or terms-violating activity will be voided and is not eligible for withdrawal.
• cf999 reserves the right to apply a maximum daily withdrawal limit of 1,000,000 PKR for standard account tiers. Diamond VIP accounts are subject to separately agreed withdrawal limits.

§ 5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

cf999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistan players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated for each individual offer, which must be read alongside these general Terms.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all cf999 promotions:

• All bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money PKR. The Wagering Requirement is stated in the individual offer terms and applies to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified.
• Bonus funds are credited after a qualifying deposit is confirmed in your cf999 PKR wallet. cf999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing.
• Real-money PKR funds in your cf999 wallet are used before bonus funds for wagering purposes. Bonus funds do not expire while real-money funds remain in the wallet and active play continues.
• Each cf999 promotion is available once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim a single promotion multiple times through the use of multiple accounts are fraudulent activity under these Terms.
• cf999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any wagering already completed toward a cancelled promotion will be counted toward the revised requirements where applicable.
• Certain games may contribute differently to Wagering Requirements — for example, live dealer games may contribute at a lower percentage than video slots. Contribution rates are specified in individual offer terms.

§ 6 Game Rules, Fairness, and Technical Integrity

All games available on cf999 — including jackpot slots, video slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, RNG table games, Cockfighting, and all other game categories — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective software provider. In all cases, the game provider's rules take precedence over any general game-type descriptions on the cf999 Platform.

cf999 sources games exclusively from licensed software providers who submit to independent third-party RNG audits. Return-to-Player (RTP) data is published in the information panel of each game. cf999 does not alter or override game outcomes, jackpot mechanics, or RTP settings beyond the parameters established by the certified game provider.

• Accessing cf999 in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or using VPN software or proxy services to obscure your location for the purpose of circumventing geographical restrictions.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing cf999 staff, agents, or other players through any cf999 communication channel.

§ 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cf999 Platform — including but not limited to the cf999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, software, and all other materials — is the property of cf999 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cf999 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the cf999 Platform without prior written consent from cf999.

§ 10 Privacy and Personal Data

§ 11 Limitation of Liability

cf999 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance and risk assumed entirely by the player.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications outages, or internet service failures.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the cf999 Platform.
• Any reliance on information published on the cf999 Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors or inaccuracies, where cf999 acts promptly to correct such errors upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms limits cf999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

§ 12 Amendments to These Terms

cf999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cf999 will provide Pakistan players with at least 14 days' notice via email to their registered cf999 account address, or by displaying a prominent notice on the cf999 Platform. Continued use of the cf999 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

cf999 recommends that Pakistan players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

§ 13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations applicable to the cf999 operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and cf999 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting cf999 support at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Pakistan players retain their statutory consumer rights as applicable under Pakistani consumer protection legislation where such rights cannot be excluded by agreement.
